Instead of following these wishes, he went on to become one of the premier and original Registered Professional Entomologists in the cotton-rich Delta. RES has always bee

n primarily based in the cotton consulting business. Due to hard work, strength of character, and dedication to his customers, Mr. Rogers' termite and pest control service grew to a size that attracted an offer from another pest control service. Rogers accepted an offer on March 1, 1978, and agreed to terminate his business for eight years. Rogers' sole business was in cotton consulting, tree spraying, and ornamental spraying. in 1986, Mr. Rogers' son, Lee, approached graduation from Delta State University and expressed interest in reopening RES termite and pest control services. Together, Mr. Rogers and his son reopened the company in Cleveland with the goal of regaining their share of the market that was once sold. Now, the pest control service is at its highest volume and has earned a reputation in Cleveland as "The Pest Control Service Dedicated to Serving the Community."
