We are running behind schedule this week due to the weather, power outages and road closures last week. We are trying to make sure that the one’s affected by the storm last week are fit back into the schedule so everyone gets picked up from last week so please bare with us as we are trying to get everyone. We will be running this Saturday if necessary to be sure that everyone is picked up this week. If you have not been gotten then we ask that you leave the cans out we will be by ASAP. I have been on the road helping the guys so if you can’t reach the office then please send a PM and I will reply as I can. Sorry for the delay and thank you everyone being understanding and patient with us as we make everyone a priority. Please continue to pray for the ones effected by the storm and God Bless everyone.

We still like Benefield Road, Trammel Road, Creekwood Drive, Deerview Drive, Cannon Creek Drive, Hulsey Road, Pilgrim Mill Circle, Pilgrim Mill Way, Pilgrim Point Road and neighborhoods off of PPR, Still Road, Sinclair Shores, Henderson Srive, Tate Lane, Hope Road, Tamiaini Trail, Alton Avenue, Young Deer Drive and some parts of Pilgrim Mill. We have 2 trucks still out and will work til they are full and will update then. The dumps are overcrowded from people cleaning up storm mess and also closed at 12:30 so we are trying our best. Thanks, Susan

Update: Thursday route is finished with parts of Friday’s done. They still like part of Pilgrim Mill, parts of exit 14 and 15. Trucks will be out tomorrow to finish up and as we all know it’s raining again in Forsyth County and let’s hope it does not get as bad as last night. Thanks

Just a update: Trucks are still out running and if you are on Fridays route and was not picked up today we will be out tomorrow so leave cans out please. If you are worried about pickup or wondering if you have been missed please send Facebook messenger message or email. I can answer up til about 11:00 tonight and will resume in the morning checking messages. If not to late when they get home I will update post. Thanks

Roads being closed and power outages in areas of Forsyth county we will résumé Thursday’s schedule of what was not gotten. Friday’s route will be started when this one is finished and will be completed on Saturday. So leave cans at curbside/ valets where normally are and we will be by. If for some reason you are missed just know we cannot get thru due to crews being out restoring power, cutting trees, limited gas ( some stores are out of power and probably if power they will start running low). Everyone stay safe and hope you all get power restored soon.

Well as we all know Forsyth County took a hard hit this afternoon and the route will be finished sometime tomorrow as lots of roads are closed, trees and power lines are down. Just please have patience for them to get to you tomorrow also and we will update Facebook as we can. Right now our homes are also out of power and we are running off of the phones with charging in the car for awhile. If you feel you can do without a pickup or your road is in to bad of shape text 4705771825 and let driver know this please. Thanks and everyone try to be safe..

If you have made Venmo, cash app, automatic thru us or cash payment this month we will try to record it this week. We are having to open a new account at bank because of several issues. You may get a notification that payment is late but overlook that if you have paid one of these 4 ways.

We are having issues with quickbook checking account and hopefully tomorrow we can straighten this out. If you know you have paid your bill and it sends you a notification please overlook it. We are aware that some has paid and it’s sending out open invoices, showing we are issuing credits back to customers, among other issues. We called tonight and the department that we spoke to says it’s with quickbook checking and they do not open til in the morning. Sorry about this and any questions email or text. Thanks and let’s hope for pretty weather this week.

Happy Fourth of July and schedule for Tuesday: Crawford Falls will be picked up as scheduled, please have your cans out by 6 A.M. the morning of. The remaining cans that are not included in Crawford falls will be picked up Wednesday.
