Initial home cleanings should include all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:

First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives me the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home. The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning. Initial Home Cleans start at 175.00 for small homes or apartments (1000 sq.ft. or under). For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher. Maintenance House Cleaning: starting at $75.00 per cleaning. (weekly cleanings or apartments)
Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00
One Time Thorough House Cleanings: starting at $200.00
