Monthly clean 🧹✨

One thing I love about my monthly clients is that we can pick a different area each visit to give a little extra love, on top of the regular cleaning.

This month, the entryway was calling my name… or maybe it was the 4,783 spider webs calling my name. 😳🕷️😂

I cleared out all the webs — and their little eight-legged tenants 😬 — wiped everything down, cleaned around the doors and trim, vacuumed the rugs and got the whole entryway looking fresh again.

And while I was at it, that chandelier was getting some attention too. Every little crystal got cleaned up and she is SPARKLING again. ✨😍

It’s those areas you walk past every day and don’t always notice… until they’re clean. 😉

Another monthly clean 💙

One thing I really like about my monthly cleans is I’m not just coming in and doing the same exact thing every month. I do the regular cleaning, but I also pick something that needs a little extra love.

This month it was the downstairs pantry!

I took snacks and drinks out of all the bulky boxes, put everything into bins and made some extra room. Because why does a box with 4 granola bars left in it need to take up an entire shelf?! 😂

Nothing fancy… just organized, easier to see what’s actually in there, and WAY more room.

I also vacuumed all the furniture with my new favorite gadget and I’m slightly embarrassed by how excited I am about this thing. 😂 Give me a new cleaning gadget and apparently I’m happy.

That’s the part I love — every month I tackle something different while keeping up with the rest of the house.

A little extra love here and there adds up! 💙🐬

Okayyyy this one was satisfying. 😍😂

The boys’ room needed a little extra love, and let’s be honest… for boys this age, none of this is shocking. 😂 Clothes, toys, stuffies, baseball cards, Pokémon cards… all the important stuff was there, just maybe not exactly where it belonged. 🤣

Dad works two jobs and stays BUSY, so I knew I wanted to do more than just clean the room. I wanted to take something completely off his plate and make it a little easier for everyone to keep up with.

So I dug in. 💪

I sorted and organized the clothes, tackled the closets and drawers, found homes for the toys and stuffies, and gathered up approximately 4,782 baseball and Pokémon cards. 😂

With school starting next week, I also got all of their uniform shirts organized and hung up so they’re ready to grab and go. 🙌 One less thing to worry about during that first-week-of-school craziness!

Then came the cleaning and putting everything back together. 😍

I swear, give me the room that makes you stand in the doorway and think, “Yeahhhh… not today.” 😂

My brain immediately goes, GAME ON.

These are the resets I LOVE. A clean, organized room, an easier start to the school year, and one less thing on a busy dad’s plate. 💙

And that AFTER?! 😍
Now THAT’S flippin’ clean. 🐬

I caught myself shopping for another cleaning gadget for my birthday… and literally thought,

“Katie… what are you doing?” 😂

So instead, I did something I don’t do nearly enough…

I bought myself a plane ticket to Florida. ✈️🌴

These last few months have been incredible, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who’s trusted me in your homes. But between hauling vacuums, scrubbing showers, climbing step stools, moving furniture, and chasing dust bunnies, this body is telling me it’s time for a little reset.

So for a few days, I’m trading baseboards for the beach, my cleaning caddy for flip-flops, and my to-do list for some much-needed family time.

Don’t worry… I’ll be back soon, recharged, refreshed, and ready to make more homes FLIPPIN’ Clean. 🐬💙

Besides… the dust will still be there when I get home. 😉

Most people notice the floors.
I notice the handprints on the walls and railings. 😉

Those are the spots that get touched every single day, but they’re also some of the easiest to overlook. It’s the little details that turn a house from looking clean to actually feeling clean.

Confession time…

I don’t just clean your walls and railings…

I’m also silently trying to guess how old your kids are by how high the handprints are. 😂

(I’m usually pretty close.) 😉

Sundays look different for everyone…

Some people spend them relaxing by the lake.

I spend them making sure the next family gets to. 💙

This Sunday I helped a family friend get their beautiful cottage back to that fresh, welcoming feeling after two weeks of making memories with the entire family.

I dusted every room, tackled the cobwebs that had started taking over outside, and gave the cottage the Fresh Start treatment from top to bottom. 🧹

The best part of my job isn’t just cleaning—it’s knowing the next family gets to walk in, drop their bags, take one look at that view, and simply enjoy it.

You make the memories. I’ll take care of the mess they leave behind. 🐬✨

✨ Confession time… 😂

Watching a shower go from dull to sparkling tickles the same part of my brain as popping bubble wrap. Don’t judge me… we all have our thing. 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

If you’ve ever found yourself watching one of those oddly satisfying cleaning videos and couldn’t look away… you get it. 😏

This move-out clean got the full Fresh Start treatment—from the showers and bathrooms to the floors, carpets, and all the little details in between.

You tackle the packing… I’ll handle the dust and grime. 🧽💪

There’s something about that final walkthrough that never gets old. Standing back, looking at the transformation, and knowing I helped make someone else’s move just a little less stressful… that’s one of my favorite parts of the job.

Wishing my clients nothing but the best in their new home, and the next family a fresh, clean start. 💙🐬

Now if you’ll excuse me… I’m off to find another shower that tickles my brain. 😂🧽
