After the Rules Committee adjourned, they published the rules that were made in order (eligible for floor consideration).

Despite the NPMA's engagement, the Luna Amendment (cosponsored by Rep Crane of Arizona) was ruled in order as is, striking Section 10205-10207. It is Amendment #28 and will receive 10 minutes of debate time when considered.
