* Test and adjust all 6 water chemistry weekly
* Test and adjust phosphate Monthly
* Vacuum bottom of pool as needed
* Clean skimmer baskets
* Brush pool walls, steps and floor
* Clean water line tiles as needed
* Skimming water to remove debris
* Clean or backwash filter as needed
* Clean pump baskets
* Hose pool deck if requested
* Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs needed
