Just a quick note because apparently this needs to be said.
Over the last few days, we’ve had a barrage of comments on our business page/reviews from people we do not know, have never met, and—most importantly—have never provided cleaning services for.
We absolutely welcome feedback from our clients, whether it’s positive or negative. If you’ve hired us and have a genuine concern about the service you received, we will always listen and address it.
What we will not entertain is random people who have never used our company flooding our business page with comments, assumptions, or opinions about a business they have never personally dealt with.
Our page is here for our clients, potential clients, and our community. We’re incredibly grateful for the people who actually know our work, support our small business, and trust us with their homes. 🩷
If you’ve never hired us, please don’t represent yourself as though you have experience with our company or the services we provide.
