What happens when a cleaning team works with a system—and what happens when they don’t? 👀🧹

During today’s Cleaning Relay, Team Blue was intentionally set up to “forget” supplies, leave the room multiple times, complete tasks out of order, and miss details because of an inconsistent process.

Team Green began with all their supplies, worked in order from top to bottom, completed every task, and finished with a final Room Ready check. ✅

The relay demonstrated that working quickly isn’t the same as working efficiently. Preparation, consistency, and following the correct process save time while producing better results!

We had so much fun learning, laughing, and strengthening our skills together. 💜✨

Cleaning is the task. People are the purpose.
