Customer reached out for a second opinion after receiving multiple extremely high quotes to repair his 25ft sewer lateral under his slab. The line was severely cracked with roots growing into the line causing back ups every time they used the bathroom.

Customer had called us after a plumber found rotten 4 inch cast iron under the slab of this 1960s beach home. The main line was 60ft long and ran right through the middle of the home.

Hurricane Helene has made a devastating impact on our local area, and has affected thousands of families lives who lost absolutely everything over night. We at Viking Sewer Rehab want to try and give back anyway we can to the community and help out those who were affected by the storm in Pinellas and Pasco county. Tarpon Springs FL!

Customer reached out about having 30 ft of cast iron remaining under his slab after doing some remodeling work, pipe was actually poured in the original slab back in 1950 and had a large crack with pretty severe root intrusion.

We arrived on site at 8:45, descaled the line, installed the liner and had 3 reinstatements cut before 12 o’clock. Zero digging, no concrete removal and no disruption to the home owner!

Dunedin Florida! 🍊

This customer reached out to us last week after a local plumber dug and replaced a small section of orangeburg, he notified her that she had a 12 ft crack running down the cast iron main line under the slab.

This customer just closed on her new home and was looking for a solution other than breaking up the slab. Lucky for her we were the right crew for the job!

We located the start of the main in the back yard under a flower bed, we dug a small 2x2 hole and accessed the line. We descaled and jetted to remove all built up debris, then we installed 40 ft of Perma-Liner Industries, LLC. 4 inch flex liner with a steam cure resin.

We were on site by 8am, and we were cleaned up and offsite by 1pm. 5 hours, no busted floors, no trenches, and 1 extremely happy customer.

Customer reached out to us about a severely broken and cracked cast iron line in their rental property that was never replaced when the demo was done in the home.

We arrived on site and found that the 30ft of cast iron was completely failed, with about 2 feet of the pipe completely broken and some missing.

We cleaned the line of any sand, roots and cast iron scale. Then we shot 30ft of 3 inch Perma-Liner Industries, LLC. Flex liner. Cut 5, 2 inch services open and left like we were never even there!

We arrived on site around 9am, and the house was locked up and cleaned by 1pm. The original plumber told the customer 20k to bust up the floor and replace with pvc, we were able to repair this pipe for the customer in a quarter of the time for a fraction of that cost!

Customer called and said sewer had been backing up frequently for a few months and was tired of paying for a clearing service and wanted an permanent fix.

Upon arrival we found a large root pertruding into the pvc pipe causing it to break and form a large hole. we located the broken pipe and it was 3 feet directly below the center of the driveway, which would have been a costly spot repair for the customer due to the depth and location of the break being under the concrete.

We arrived at the home at 9am, cleared the root and flushed the line, prepped our Perma-Liner Industries, LLC. LR3 spot repair machine and had the patch installed, cured and jobsite cleaned up by 10:45 am. Zero digging, zero disruption to the customer, and 100 perfect fixed!

Safety harbor Florida!

Every 3rd Friday in the beautiful town of safety harbor, the main street is full of booths with local businesses selling their goods and services, and if you look hard enough you may find us down there as well!

A few Fridays back. Our local chamber building had a major backup causing sewage to overflow all over the building. They contacted us and we were so glad to be able to provide a true permanent solution!

We went out in the morning and cleared the 32 Feet of cast and clay pipe of all the roots and debris and noticed a major crack down 20 feet of the line. We left for the day and came back at night after the chamber had closed and lined the pipe in just under 1 hour using our LR3 UV cure lining equipment.

Not only did we not have to excavate the 100 year old brick and the driveway that lead to 3 neighboring businesses, we also were able to provide them with a permanent solution at a fraction of the cost and time!

Customer reached out to us in December of 2023 and had us come out for a inspection of his sewer lines, after running the camera through it was found that approximately 200 ft of this beautiful beachside property had rotted cast iron and needed to be rehabilitated.

We started by digging a small pit in the front yard at the cleanout and descaling into the pit. We then lined 160ft of cast iron and epoxy coated 40 ft. It took 5 days and in the end the customers Italian marble was saved and the only excavation was a small 3x2 ft hole in the side yard which was buried and re sodded when we were done!
