Vacation Rental Cleaning Service
Seeking cleaner for a Short Term Rental Cleaning Service. This position will require flexible availability, including weekends. This position requires use of a personal car.
Role Purpose:
Our Cleaner is essential to our company's success. The ideal cleaner is able to multitask and complete various projects assigned. No position is beneath or above them; no job too big or too small. They are the heart of every home they walk into and work with a positive attitude. They are the ultimate pinch-hitters, and value being a member of a team, but can work completely independently and autonomously. They are available on weekends, and able to work with digital checklists. The busiest cleaning days are Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays between the hours of 10am-4pm. These are individuals who have wisdom to offer, as the company is growing and always learning. They understand that the growth in our company and industry is absolutely limitless and are thrilled at the challenges of growing in a start-up, pivot-heavy culture where no two days are the same.
Job:
Part-Time (approximately 15-30 hr/week).
Work days are between 10am-4pm
Must be located in the Cle Elum, Roslyn, Ronald (or nearby area).
Flexible availability is a MUST for this position. We operate on a rotating schedule, which includes weekends and some holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect home conditions after guest departure. Assist our administrative team with qualitative feedback in order for the guest team to rate and review the guests.
Clean and sanitize vacation homes with guidance of a digital checklist/ operations app. Cleaning supplies are provided and cleaners are responsible for alerting operations team if supplies are getting low and need to be re-stocked.
Complete digital checklist thoroughly in order to communicate to operations and guest facing team.
Report, escalate and follow up on issues reported at various properties via our Operations App.
Required Qualifications:
Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
An active listener who can think quickly and critically under pressure and work with a sense of urgency. A fast and thorough worker who is able to fulfill both physical tasks (cleaning and organizing), as well as administrative ones (reporting through our various apps and technologies).
Ability to take constructive criticism and feedback in order to improve quality of work
Superb organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks during peak periods, as well as work without a lot of supervision.
Must be resourceful and self starting, knowing that no task is beneath you.
Must be comfortable working in multiple locations, across multiple properties any given day.
Must have access to a smartphone, tablet and/or laptop.
Must have reliable transportation and childcare
