We pulled this out of a 1989 home in Cary, along with plenty more debris. The original homeowners sold the home to our clients last year and the ductwork has never been cleaned. I said it before, and I’ll say it again 🔊 Ductwork is the single most forgotten about part of the home in the home buying process! 📝 When purchasing a new home, even new construction, inquire about when that ductwork has been cleaned last— if they don’t know, then it likely hasn’t been cleaned and there is decades of trash lurking in there😦
