Last week Chris went on two calls to inspect roofs where both attics were encapsulated. Neither one of the homeowners knew of any leaks occurring on the roof. Luckily, we caught this one before any “serious” damage happened to the interior of the home or before the leak got worse and caused more damage to the sheeting and insulation.

This repair may have saved the homeowner thousands of dollars if the leak would have continued to go unnoticed any longer.

Things you do not think of, could cost a lot of money down the road, but could also be prevented by one simple inspection!
