About Me:
My name is Trinity Ackerman, I am the owner of All You Need Cleaning Services located in Clay Center, Nebraska. However, I've been cleaning most of my life. I've always been a perfectionist with a little OCD, I feel that is why I am so great at my job! As with anything you do repetitively in life, I've become very experienced, and work faster than most cleaners. I feel my work is worth m

ore than I charge (the saying goes, know your worth, then add tax) however, with the cost of living rising I needed to keep my rates within reason. I have rarely cancelled, and when I did, it was only due to sickness, or severe weather (icy roads). I am honest and trustworthy, no need to lock your valuables away, they'll still be there when I leave. I don't waste any time or take unnecessary breaks. Everyone's time is valuable! I can work with most budgets. I can either give you a flat rate quote (this can be done in person, by photos or video), or you can give me a budget and a priority list, and we'll go from there at the hourly rate. Services:

Frequency of Services:
You can schedule your cleaning as often as you would like (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly or bi-monthly). It's based on your preference, and budget. My Rates:
I charge $40.00 per hour OR a flat rate depending on the job. Service Area:
I am located in Clay Center, Nebraska. I will travel up to 3 hours away in any one direction. I will travel 30 minutes for free, after that I will charge a time/ travel fee based off of my hourly rate. I service most locations in Nebraska, and surrounding areas. Method of Payment Accepted:

To any of my clients that are scheduled for cleaning Wednesday March 29th through Friday April 7th. I will be unavailable during this time. You can either skip that cleaning, or can be scheduled the week before or the week after; then back to your regular scheduled cleaning. I'm needing a reliable, dependable, honest, self motivated, and detailed oriented person to help me with cleaning 2 businesses per week In the evening from about 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. I need help on Tuesdays in Aurora, Nebraska and Wednesdays in Sutton, Nebraska. You can either work at one location or at both. You can either drive to Clay Center and ride with me, or meet me at the job site. You will get paid a fixed amount, and paid every two weeks. *This is a cleaning job, which means you may have to clean toilets (use a pumice stone as needed), sinks, mirrors, refill supplies, dust, dust mop, mop, and empty trash. Each job with 2 people will only be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours max, so you're making about $30 an hour. Serious inquiries only.

Today I have mailed out the last of the price increase letters. If you need to cancel ongoing services, or adjust services to fit your budget, please let me know before the price increase effective date (which will most likely be your next scheduled visit towards the end of January).

Due to rising economic factors, All You Need Cleaning Services, will be adjusting my prices soon. I will leave your new price with the effective date the next time I clean for you, as well as mail them out to each of you by the end of this week. The new pricing will take effect towards the end of January 2023. I know that I may lose some of you, and I will be sorry to see you go, however, this is something that needs to be done. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
