KMH Cleaning Services has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for someone who actually wants to come to work and WORK!
I need someone dependable. If you’re scheduled, I need you to show up. Not sometimes. Not when you feel like it. Not after I’ve texted you three times asking if you’re coming. 😭
And let’s talk about the phone. Unless it’s an emergency, if you cannot go a couple of hours without texting, scrolling Facebook, watching TikToks or having a full-blown conversation while you’re supposed to be cleaning, this is not the job for you. We have homes and businesses to clean and a schedule to keep. Your phone will still be there when we’re done.
You need to be able to clean, move at a decent pace, pay attention to details, and work independently once you’re trained. If you need somebody standing over you all day telling you that the crumbs on the counter also need to be wiped up, this probably isn’t the job for you.
You also need reliable transportation. I cannot pick you up for work. I already have enough jobs. I am NOT adding Uber driver to the list. When you use your own vehicle to travel between jobs, you will receive gas compensation.
We clean residential homes AND businesses, primarily in Clarkston, Waterford, Lake Orion, Rochester Hills, Ortonville and surrounding Northern Oakland County areas, with some commercial work outside of those areas.
This is primarily daytime work, Monday-Friday. You must be available to start around 9:00-9:30 AM.
Training is $17/hour for the first 30 days. After successfully completing training, pay is $18+/hour based on performance. PAY IS WEEKLY.
We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment. You provide the common sense, reliability and willingness to work.
I’ve been in business for over 20 years. I’m fair, I’m easy to work with, and yes, we laugh and have fun. But at the end of the day, my clients are paying us to clean their homes and businesses, so I need somebody I can depend on.
And before you apply, PLEASE make sure you actually want a cleaning job.This means bathrooms, toilets, floors, kitchens, dust, pet hair, offices, commercial spaces, bending, lifting, stairs, and all the other glamorous things nobody puts on Instagram. 🤣
