As many of you know, Lorene’s Wash House LLC will officially be celebrating 2 years in business this July, and I truly cannot thank this community enough for the love and support you’ve shown our small business along the way. 🤍

From every pickup, referral, share, review, and order — you’ve helped this little wash house grow more than I ever imagined.

In order to continue providing the quality, care, flexibility, and turnaround times our clients deserve, a small pricing adjustment for grandfathered-in clients will take effect beginning Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.

Grandfathered pricing will increase by $0.15 per pound.

This adjustment helps cover the rising costs of:
✨ Supplies & detergents
✨ Fuel & delivery expenses
✨ Overtime labor
✨ Equipment upkeep
✨ Maintaining reliable turnaround times and personalized service

We never make pricing changes lightly, and we truly appreciate the continued support, loyalty, and understanding from our amazing clients. 🤍

Hey friends 🤍

I want to share something personal that has affected things behind the scenes.

Travis and I have been separated since November. It’s been a season of adjusting, grieving, rebuilding, and learning how to navigate a new normal — personally and professionally.

While he wasn’t the face of Lorene’s Wash House, he did help behind the scenes with folding and deliveries at times. So stepping into doing more on my own has been an adjustment. I’m also in the process of training my dad to help, and let’s just say… training family is its own adventure. 😅

I’ll be honest — there have been moments where I’ve slipped up. Slower responses. Less posting. A little more quiet than usual. And that’s on me. I’m human.

But please know this:
This season is not the end of anything. It’s just a transition.

I am still committed to this business. I am still committed to serving you well. I’m just learning how to balance a new life while carrying a business I care deeply about.

Thank you to those who have shown grace. Thank you to those who continue to book, refer, and trust me. It means more than you know.
