UPDATED: Move In/Out Clean Checklist

*This type of clean is usually for when the home is still empty, you just moved out or you're about to move in. However, if your home isn't empty but you're looking for this clean, no worries, I will get you together!☺️ *

In every room:
-Cobwebs dusted from ceiling to floor
-Inside of the windows cleaned + window sills, ledges & trim dusted/wiped
-Blinds dusted
-Walls dusted & mopped 😉
-Doors & trim, including front door
-Vents dusted
-Inside CLOSETS, dusted, vacuumed & mopped
-Ceiling fans & light fixtures dusted
-Baseboards dusted & wiped
-Light switches disinfected & outlets dusted
-All hard surface floors will be swept, vacuumed, & mopped.

Kitchen & Bathroom:
-Inside & Outside of cabinets & drawers
-Fridge/Freezer INSIDE & OUT & BEHIND
-Oven INSIDE & OUT & BEHIND
-Shower/Tub inside & out, top to bottom, left to right 👍🏽
-Toilets inside & out, top to bottom, front to back
-Toiletpaper holder wiped down
-Toiletbrush & plunger holders wiped down
-Towel & Hand towel holders wiped down
-Microwave inside & out
-Mirrors wiped down
-Light fixtures dusted
-Vents dusted
-Swept, vacuumed, & mopped

Other:
-Laundry Room dusted, vacuumed & mopped
-Staircases: vacuumed & mopped if it's hardwood, baseboards wiped, handrail wiped, & walls cleaned
-Sliding backdoor wiped down, & will do my best to clean the track real good 👍🏽

I'm sure I missed something but it's literally a full reset to ensure you get your deposit back if you're moving out or to ensure you have a fresh clean home to move your belongings into 😉

In each room:

-Shelf's & Bookcases dusted
(All items removed, area dusted, items dusted, items put back)
-Trash taken out, new bag put in
(I provide 8gallon & 4gallon bags)
-TVs & other electronics dusted
-Light tidying up (picking up toys or clothes on the floor)
-Vacuuming the inside of couches & chairs
-Vacuuming/sweep/mop UNDER anything I can get a vacuum or my hand under bc I will get on my hands & knees to get something clean
-Light switches disinfected & outlets dusted
-All hard surface floors will be swept, vacuumed, & mopped.

Kitchen & Bathroom:
-Outside of cabinets & drawers
-Products removed from shower/tub, wiped off, & put back once the shower/tub is clean
-Toilets inside, & outside top to bottom, front to back
-Toiletpaper holder wiped down
-Toiletbrush & plunger holders wiped down
-Towel & Hand towel holders wiped down
-Kitchen appliances all wiped down, including countertop appliances
-Microwave inside & out
-A quick load of dishes if needed
-Dining room table & chairs wiped down

-Laundry Room dusted, vacuumed & mopped
-Staircases: vacuumed & mopped if it's hardwood, baseboards wiped, handrail wiped, & wall spot cleaned
-Sliding backdoor wiped down, & will do my best to clean the track real good 👍🏽

The inside of the refrigerator, freezer, & oven is not included but can be added as a bundle of 2 or more, you choose what gets done.

Refrigerator & Freezer will take at least an hr+ because shelves & drawers get removed & cleaned, inside cleaned, shelves/drawers put back & then food put back.
(I do it shelf by shelf tho so that if I have to take food out, it's not sitting out very long, depending on condition will determine but shouldn't take longer than 10 min a drawer/shelf to clean -dairy stays inside no matter what)

Oven takes 2-4hrs to do. The spray has to sit for so many hrs & then I clean it which takes 30 min-hr depending on how bad the condition is

Things that are FREE & also included in regular services 😁 (Holiday deal)
*Making beds - Not included but will do it at no extra cost IF you have a fresh set already ready & set out for me to change out.

Restocking- At no extra cost I will restock things like, Paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen trash bag, hand soaps, & anything else you can think of AS LONG AS it's easily accessible to do so ☺️

*Washing area & bath rugs
& 2 loads of laundry FREE & yes, I will fold & put away towels !
