Customer was hearing activity in the soffit. Found an active entry point right at the roofline.

Ended up being a full family of grey squirrels — juveniles inside with the mom coming and going.

• Installed a one-way door so they could exit safely
• Monitored to make sure all activity stopped
• Sealed the entry point with steel to keep them out for good
• Cleaned everything up and made it look right again

This is why you don’t just patch the hole right away — you’ve gotta let them get out first or you’ll trap them inside.

This is a bat colony living in a customers attic last summer. Bats are a protected species, so removing them safely is a must but also very important, as their guano can causes many diseases and respiratory issues. For this customer, we were able to install a one-way bat valve. Once the bats exited, we then closed off the entry point and all other possible entry points. Very important to seal off all hole larger than a dime, as bats are very good at squeezing into the smallest of areas. This job ended with a happy customer and no harmed bats!

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR AUGUST IS: DOLLY

Dolly is the newest addition to the team. She works roughly 1 hr a week. Her duties include sleeping in the car, barking at random strangers, and supervising. She likes to go on car rides to check traps in the mornings and make sure the team is giving great service. Give it up for Dolly. She loves treats and her biggest fear is amazon boxes and Halloween Decorations at home depot. Here are some of the latest pictures of her in action on the job

This is a paper wasp nest we were able to safely remove for a client. This nest was lodged between the clients window and screen, making it impossible for the client to open the window. We safely removed all the wasp and cleaned up all the nest remnants.
