Part-Time Residential Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team on a part-time, independent contractor basis.
Responsibilities
Perform general residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
Follow client-specific checklists and preferences
Travel between client homes using your own reliable vehicle
Communicate professionally with clients and report any issues (damage, maintenance needs, etc.)
Maintain a consistent, punctual schedule for assigned appointments
Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Must be comfortable around pets .
Prior residential cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Able to pass a background check
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Pay & Contract Details
Pay: $17+ per hour, plus performance bonuses (e.g., for great client reviews, referrals, or consistent reliability)
This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not employment
Schedule: Part-time, flexible based on client bookings
Mileage/travel between jobs is the contractor's responsibility (may be factored into pay rate)
Contractor is responsible for own taxes, and supplies own transportation and (if applicable) equipment
