I saw this comment in a cleaning group under a post asking how to deep clean heavily soiled blinds and honestly it may be the most accurate cleaning advice ever! 😂

There’s is really no quick process when it comes to cleaning blinds like this properly. 🥴

People think blinds are a quick add on until you’re 45 minutes deep, cleaning every single slat one by one, changing rags constantly and questioning your career choices halfway through. 😅

Lately I’ve been hearing of more and more people getting taken advantage of by “legit looking” cleaning businesses and it’s honestly frustrating.

A polished page doesn’t always mean quality work. Always check reviews! Facebook business pages don’t allow you to delete reviews but you can hide the entire tab and if it’s hidden it’s usually for a reason.

Also, a quick reminder - true deep cleans take time, effort and usually a team. They’re not something that can realistically be done in just a few hours for a couple hundred dollars.

Our homes are our safe haven and our biggest investment. Be careful who you trust with your home and cautious of pricing that seems to low.
