Allow it to dry. If it’s warm enough, open the windows to hasten up drying. You can also turn on your fans to enable your carpet to dry quickly. Actually, with adequate air circulation, you should wait for about eight to twelve hours after carpet steaming to set your furniture back to its original position. Just because your carpet may feel dry when you touch it does not mean the pad below has completely dried. Be patient and allow it for almost an entire day for the sake of your carpet as well as your furnishings.

2. Using Beer

The good thing is that these ‘ingredients’ used are readily available in your home and you would not have to incur expenses.
