Cleaning products are one of the first places to look to eliminate toxins and chemicals from our homes. Here is our homemade"soft scrub" cleaner!
1 ½ cups baking soda
½ cup environmentally safe liquid laundry soap (ECOS, for example)
10 drops tea tree, lavender, or lemon essential oil
Mix baking soda and laundry soap in a mixing bowl, stirring vigorously to combine into a paste. Add essential oil and mix well. Store in an airtight food container.

Day 1 of our Fall tips!

We love spritzing freshly washed linens with lavender spray, or another smell-good essential oil. And, as you’re preparing to set out new linens, this is a great time to flip your mattresses!

Once you’ve done so, sprinkle the mattress with baking soda and vacuum it up – this will effectively help to get rid of any odors that may be lingering.
