✨ Busy is an understatement over here! ✨

In just the last week, we’ve completed approximately 850 pounds of laundry 🤯🧺

We are so incredibly thankful for every single order, referral, share, and continued support from our amazing customers. What started as a dream has continued to grow because of this community, and we truly don’t take that for granted. ❤️

We will be closed next week from Thursday, May 7th through Sunday, May 10th.

All Wednesday pick-ups will be returned on Thursday. We will resume normal operations and reopen for pick-ups starting Monday, May 11th.

✨ New Year, Proper Introduction ✨

Hi everyone! With the new year here, I realized some of you may not know the face behind Suddenly Clean Laundry Service, so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

My name is Sara, and I’m a mom to three amazing kids and a proud bonus mom to one more. Life is busy in our household, and that’s actually a big part of why I started this business back in 2023. I know firsthand how overwhelming the never-ending to-do list can feel, and my goal has always been to give my clients something priceless back — their time.

I truly enjoy helping people and making life a little easier, whether that means fewer late nights folding laundry or more time spent doing what matters most to you.

I’m originally from New York, but I’ve completely fallen in love with my North Carolina life. This community has been such a blessing to my family and my business. My fiancé and I are both small business owners, and we love supporting each other while serving our community.

📢 Important Service Updates – Effective 1/1/26 📢

Hello Suddenly Clean Laundry Service clients! Please take a moment to review the following updates to our policies and scheduling:

🧾 Invoicing Update
All invoicing will be switching to Square beginning January 1, 2026.
Invoices will now include applicable sales tax as required.

⏰ Pickup Time Reminder
Laundry must be placed out by 8:00 AM on your designated pickup day to ensure service.

📅 Updated Pickup & Delivery Schedule
• Pickup & Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Drop-Offs Only: Sunday

🚫 Missed Pickup Policy
• A $15 fee will be applied if laundry is not left out by the designated pickup time.
• If your pickup window is missed, we cannot guarantee pickup for that week.
