Job description
The Position

This is a full time and seasonal position that includes gutter cleaning, gutter repairs and window washing.

Job Duties:

Performing Gutter cleaning services for residential and commercial clients by performing the following duties.
Utilize ladders, blowers, in order to clean gutters, Acting as a helper to one of our Foreman for the fall Season
Qualifications

Has worked for more than 1 year in custodial / handy person work is preferred but we are open to the right candidate who could otherwise show they are qualified.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean Driving record. Smartphone highly preferred.
Personal characteristics we look for is the ability to communicative and attentive.
Physical abilities we look for is strength and agility. This is a physical job that requires climbing ladders and roofs, carrying ladders, blower and hoses and moves quickly.
Someone with their own work truck which could carry a 32ft ladder will be paid more.
Requirements

NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS WHATSOEVER
Drivers License and clean record absolutely necessary
Desire to grow in skill and pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Summer is here and it's time to get on the schedule or Pre-schedule your Summer Gutter Cleaning. The Whirlybirds are coming down hard and many gutters are already packed. Some areas have come down already and may others will be coming down soon. They have come down much harder than any years that we can remember, so gutters are going to be very full. If yours are down order now.. if they are not finished yet, pre schedule now for later in the season. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond as we get a large number or orders when this email goes out.
