If you have old electronics you want to recycle and not just throw away, you are welcome to bring those items to the Kennedy High School parking lot near 57th and Narragansett, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 23.
We're told all electronics will be accepted: old TVs, radios, microwave ovens, toasters, computers, computer monitors and printers, fax machines, cellphones, dead batteries, etc.
Thanks to 13th Ward Alderman Marty Quinn and State Representative Angelica "Angie" Guerrero-Cuellar (D-22nd) for providing this useful public service. 🙂

We are writing this with a heavy heart. The sudden loss of our beloved Tommy is hard to comprehend. Tommy loved everyone that came into the laundromat and would help anyone he could, anywhere. He has, by far, the biggest, most kindest heart that could ever be. Tommy will be missed as the laundry guy, a husband, loving father, Grandfather, brother, brother in law, uncle and friend.
