Dear Clients,

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, we’re updating our booking policy.

📅 A 50% deposit is now required to confirm your cleaning appointment. This amount goes toward your total cleaning cost.

When you book with us, we reserve that time just for you and often turn down other clients. Last-minute cancellations leave our cleaners without scheduled work or income.

✅ 24+ hours’ notice — Full deposit refund.

❌ Less than 24 hours’ notice — Deposit is non-refundable.

💳 Deposits are accepted via Zelle.

We respect your time and kindly ask you to respect our team’s time as well. 💙
