A women named Colleen Katherine some how found my business page. Never cleaned for her. I don’t know her. She is just trolling. Don’t pay any attention to her. Never had any interaction. She is just some crazy lady who I don’t even think lives in Texas and isn’t even military. So I have no idea how she found my page. Stay safe from crazy people. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

If you are shopping for a new build TAKE A REALTOR!!! PLEASE PLEASE HEAR ME OUT!

A local builder has just rolled out, if you even CALL or even want to just go look- if you do not have a realtor with you at that very second or answer via phone call “no I do not have a realtor right now”YOU WILL NEVER, FOR THE LIFE OF YOU (or this policy) BE ABLE TO HAVE A REALTOR ON ANY CONTRACT WITH THE BUILDER!! Do not let your decision today, effect your future choices!!! You deserve someone looking after your best interest not just someone looking after the builders.

OH! AND NO, there is no perk to a buyer for not using a realtor! This is a myth. There is no incentive for not bringing a realtor to represent you!! You likely will see a MUCH better deal using one because we can tell you to negotiate the price, a rep cannot do that because their job is to get the most money for their boss (the builder)

Why would they do that?! The less you have protection and someone speaking up for you, the more they get away with. There is power in control and they want it. Educate yourself, take your representation & work with people who put you first!

The best way to avoid an issue is
1. Always take your realtor
2. Have your realtor call the builders you have interest in to get you registered with them and set up to sail smoothly!
