Last week's T.A.C.T. Annual Meeting is in the books, and more than a few people told us it was the best one yet. 🙌

This is one of the best parts of being in a franchise. Our owners do some of the hardest work out there, and getting everyone in the same room is a big deal. We share stories, compare what's working in each market, work through problems together, and leave with a team that has each other’s backs.

It wasn't all business, either. A few of our owners slipped away for some bonding time and came back with fresh nails. 💅 People who spend their days cleaning up the toughest scenes deserve a little pampering. After all, a franchise that pedicures together stays together.

Nobody here does this alone. Thank you to every one who showed up, shared openly, and made this year special. We're already looking forward to next year.

A psychologist in the Phoenix area is calling the recent cluster of deaths in Peoria, Deer Valley, and Scottsdale a possible contagion effect. One event gets covered. Someone already in crisis sees it and decides this is the moment.
T.A.C.T. 48 is the crew that gets the call after the news trucks leave. We do not publish the addresses. We do not describe the rooms. What we do see, over and over, is a family that now has a house they cannot walk back into.

What We Need This Sunday:
Availability: Must be able to work a full shift this Sunday.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to lift heavy objects, and a strong, professional work ethic.
Pay: $18-25/hour.
