Any team's strength is measured by the individual members' strength on the team. I am beyond grateful to say our little family business just got its own Michael Jordan, the GOAT, in our newest member, Alejandro Reyes-Hernandez. Hard working, honest and creative are just a few of the many qualities he brings to us.

I have worked with Alejandro on the side for years, admiring him from a distance. My good looks and winsome personality finally convinced him to lend all his talents to growing our business (hold your laughter), and I am so thankful to have him and am excited to see what we can build as a team. For the first time in my 4 years of being in business, I have had to decline work at a customer's home due to feeling unwelcome. I am unashamed to say that if you display something that is specifically used to highlight a battle for your race in your yard, I will decline work at your business or home. As a Christian of strong faith, it is time for all of us to be hospitable to all people at all times.  Money is not as important as being kind to fellow humans.
