The Pool Guys LLC is as much of a partnership success story as it is an example of entrepreneurial spirit. Beginning their careers in the early 90's, owners Justin Giordano and Todd Kulling had seasonal summer jobs working for local swimming pool construction and maintenance companies throughout high school and college. Both educated young men earned separate, yet complimenting college degrees including Bachelors of Chemistry/Biology (Pre-Med.) They will tell you it's "the perfect cocktail in relation to the pool industry." Gaining many years of experience working as pool installation supervisors and service technicians, while enduring the rigors of earning undergraduate degrees, evoked a mutual aspiration to become business partners. This forged the path to obtaining further education, licensure, and certifications. They became licensed through the State of Michigan as Residential Builders and attained professional certifications such as Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO®) along with numerous manufacturer's repair certifications. The Pool Guys LLC was established in 2000 with our eager owner's ready to impact the local market. Having gathered 15 years of combined industry knowledge, our reputation for quality and friendliness began. That year we built around 35 above ground pools, not bad, but we were just getting started. By 2005 we were doing over 65 pools per year, and in 2007 over 160 above ground and in-ground pools combined. Our growth rate and expansion has unceasingly increased year-to-year allowing us to thrive, yet always leaving room for further development. Fast forward to today- We are now the most versatile and established swimming pool builder, renovation, and maintenance contractor within our service area; gradually over the years having gained respect within the industry and also the ability to build and repair nearly anything pool related. With divisions devoted to spa repair, landscaping, hardscapes, leak detection, and pool demolition, naming a few, our capabilities are endless.
