First of all, Diego followed up with all communications on a timely basis, and was very easy to work with.

Secondly, Diego assessed our needs ( carpet needed to be power stretched) through photographs I sent him of the damaged areas. Through the photographs and my description, Diego quoted the price for the repairs. When the repairs were completed, the price quote was the actual price that I was charged for the repairs (i.e., Diego gave me a ballpark quote, but did not increase the price after the carpet repair technician came out and actually saw the areas that needed to be repaired).

Thirdly, the carpet repair technician, Juan, did a wonderful job repairing the damaged carpet. Juan really worked extremely hard to get the carpet repaired and looking as perfect as possible. In evaluating the job, Juan realized that additional furniture had to be moved, and a door removed from its hinges. Juan moved the furniture, took the door off the hinges (and later reattached it), and then spent a considerable amount of time completing the repairs. Juan was a VERY hard worker, and also, very personable.

In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to contact CitruSolution again for carpet related issues, and I would definitely ask if Juan could be sent out to perform the services!"
