Another new construction site package is well underway in the South End of Cheshire!

Foundation dig/backfill, footing drain, slab prep and rough grading is complete. We will be back to install utilities and septic system!

New 1250 gallon septic tank we installed in Cheshire CT a few weeks ago. The old concrete septic tank was found to be cracked during a septic inspection.

Sewer repair we completed back in February for a homeowner in Hamden, Connecticut. They had experienced backups into the basement after a camera investigation, which showed a broken pipe fitting. We excavated down 8 feet to the main to find a 90° elbow stubbed into the 8-inch main. We had to cut the 8-inch PVC sewer main to reconnect the lateral and make the repair.

It’s been a long winter! Between ground water, extreme cold, lots of snow this new construction site package sure tested my patience.

We managed to get erosion control in, topsoil stripped and stocked piled. Foundation dug/backfilled, footing drain in, slab prepped and exported almost 2000 yards of fill off site.

We will be back in a few weeks to install utilities, septic and finish up this site
