MobileVac is looking to hire 1-2 landscapers to expand our team. We work year round and only do commercial properties. No training is necessary as we will train. Driving truck and trailer experience is a major plus. Pay is $14-$17/hour depending on experience, license(s), ect.

MobileVac is looking for a full time certified mechanic to provide the daily maintenance on our equipment. We have mostly gasoline engines but do run several diesel. Need experience in preventive maintenance, using IDSS, Tech 2 or similar troubleshooting computer, basic body work experience a plus. We operate 7 days per week except Christmas Day. Most work done on Week days, small repairs possible on weekends. Weekends can rotate. Starting Salary is $39,500- $60,300 depending on experience.

Our Veteran Owned Chesapeake based company is looking to hire an energetic maintenance/landscaping supervisor who is COMPLETELY sufficient at driving a truck and trailer as well as operating AND maintaining landscaping equipment. Also operating a skid steer/excavator, a major plus. Must be willing to work long hours on occasion. Obviously, a clear driving record would be helpful. Primary Job will be Landscaping (grass, mulch, install, tree trimming, ect.). Not a typical landscaping job, as you will be asked to do other tasks for work.
Secondary jobs you will be asked to do in particular the off season:
Snow Plowing/Salt Spreading
Powerwashing
Trash Cleanup

We are a small company so there is no one person with one job. Please re-read last sentence. We work year round so employee will see minimal slow down during any season. Usually flexible schedule especially if the work is getting done.

Pay is $18/hour on shown skill and experience- Most weekends off, depending on rain/ect. Must be a trustworthy, go getter, and capable of running a crew.

MobileVac is one of the oldest parking lot sweeping companies in the area and are looking for drivers to run the cleaning routes for our properties. The hours are around 9:30pm to 8am, but vary. We typically work 4 days a week, but as a whole company operating 7 days a week. Always need help on weekends. Responsibilities are to clean sidewalks, parking areas, and grass fields along with changing trash bags.

Must have a valid Driver's License and clear driving record. Nice to have experience in professional cleaning, landscaping, mechanical or handyman type of work.

MobileVac is looking for a day porter to work in Hampton Coliseum area from 7am to 4pm on Mon-Fri. Rare Occasional weekend to fill in. Basic day port duties include trash pickup and removal, setting tables and chairs, wiping down benches and seating, and picking weeds out of flower beds ect. Pressure washing experience a plus. Pay is @$14/hour.

MobileVac is looking to hire a day shift supervisor who is a well mannered, clean-cut individual who would eventually be the face our customers would see and communicate with. Looking for experience in landscaping, exterior porting, pressure washing, and cleaning parking lots as well as a General understanding of minor maintenance and repairs such as ceiling tiles, sign posts, and minor common repairs. Basic computer skills is a must. An individual who is willing to learn.
