– Clean sinks, fixtures & mirrors
– Wipe down countertops & cabinet exteriors
– Quick wipe of appliances’ exteriors
– Bathroom surfaces (toilet, tub rim)
👑Deep Care Plan — $200/mo
(Great for occasional spring cleans, pre- or post-event touch-ups and homes that need extra attention)
• Everything in Standard, plus:
– Baseboards & door-frame wipe
– Inside microwave & small appliance exteriors
– Detail vacuuming (corners/under furniture)
– Inside cabinet doors (upper)
👑Premium Complete Plan — $260/mo
(Best for allergy sufferers or anyone who wants a truly detailed, top-to-bottom service including inside appliances and spot-washing)
• Everything in Deep Care, plus:
– Inside fridge & oven cleaning
– Interior window ledges & sills
– Spot-wash walls/doors
– Light furniture upholstery vacuum
👑Add-On Options (billed monthly if selected):
• Interior window washing (full panes) +$3 each
• Wall-to-wall blind dusting +$40
👑No long-term obligation—pause or cancel any time with 30-day notice. You’ll always know your monthly cleaning bill in advance all cleanings are paid in advance, and you can upgrade or add services whenever you like.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS👑
1.One visit/month, up to 2,000 sq ft.
• Homes over 2,000 sq ft require a custom quote.
2. Home Condition
• Must be free of excessive clutter or hazards.
• If condition exceeds normal upkeep, a $75 fee may apply or service may be declined.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Flat monthly fee billed in advance.
• Add-ons billed monthly.
• Rates held as long as the home remains eligible.
4. Term & Cancellation
• Auto-renews monthly.
• Cancel or pause with 30-day notice.
• Early termination fee: $50.
5. Scheduling & Access
• Reschedule with 48 h notice.
• 24 h cancellations or no-shows incur a $40 fee.
• Clients must provide safe access and utilities. (water and electricity)
6. Liability
• Staff bonded and insured.
• Not liable for pre-existing damage.
• Secure valuables before service.
7. Service Adjustments
• Changes in square footage or condition may prompt price adjustments; the client will be notified.
