Preparing to rent out 1358 Mill Lake Quarter Chesapeake, Virginia, 23320-2752.

Fresh paint throughout entire home as well as new carpet flooring in both bedrooms. Also, new vinyl plank flooring entirely downstairs-(kitchen/breakfast nook,laundry room, living room, coat closet and bathroom).

Attempting to be ready for tenant by July the 1st, 2026.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have an attached bathroom and closet. There is a small linen closet in the hall upstairs too. As well, there is a half bath downstairs. The back bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake behind the home. There is fishing allowed and a concrete side walkway that previews around the lake.

I will post more pictures as the date comes to. $1,850 is the asking monthly rate. Tenant will be expected to pay water and electric bill as well as the homeowners property association dues. This includes upkeep of yard maintenance and power washing of back siding and removing weeds from cracks in driveway or anything else that they may ask. I will offer $2,000 monthly rate and the grounds upkeep will be handled by lord of land, as well, the property association dues. This price would also include inspection and clean out of backyard water drain and monthly changing of HVAC return filter.
