just wanted to share this and you can take it for whats its worth ......ive been to over 11 homes now this year because of water damage and first thing the home owner assumed it was a gutter issue i went up on all these homes and never found a gutter issue and they said to me that all of a sudden there getting water in there house and i look around at there propertys and everyone of them have taking beautiful and healthy trees down i asked why ? they said its so much nicer now no leaves to clean up and i was like wow ok do you know what trees do when it rains ? they suck up the water on your property and keep the basement dry and prevent flooding issue around your house !!! one guy spent $21000 taking all his trees down and now had to spend another $58000 on water proofing his basement !! i was like was it worth he said no so please think of this before you take all your trees down beside the water issue they help out on your homes they give us oxygen and wildlife and shade when needed on a hot days !!!
