We are currently Seeking a Commercial Kitchen Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technicians and Lead Technicians to become an integral part of our team! You must be reliable and possess strong work ethics. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Set up and return equipment and supplies used for cleaning.
Set up and prepare work area.
Pressure wash and hand clean kitchen hood and exhaust duct work.
Polish kitchen hood.
Pressure wash exhaust fans.
On occasion cleaning of cooking equipment if requested by customer.
Report any deficiencies found during the cleaning process.
Clean and mop work areas, along with other duties assigned.
Possess the ability to receive and follow directions.
Possess the ability to lift/carry 50-70 pounds.
Must be able to climb ladders to gain access to rooftop for cleaning of exhaust fans.
Ability to perform simple repairs on equipment and to use a variety of manual and power tools.
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (outdoors and indoors). Inclement weather does not always preclude cancelling of jobs
Scheduling flexibility required; jobs are mostly nights, 3rd shift type jobs.
*MUST HAVE* reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
We are also seeking a full-time Field Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
