Happy Birthday to Danielle Frost!!
She’s the behind the scenes magic at Hometown Cleaning LLC!
She answers the phones, texts, and emails.
She does the social media posts.
She manages the same day client cancellations and the employee call outs.
She creates systems.
She is so good at what she does and takes so much off my plate.
She takes care of so many things and I’m so thankful for her!

Just over a month ago, Danielle joined the Hometown Cleaning team as our full-time Office Manager, and I honestly don’t know how I managed without her.
From day one, she has jumped in with both feet, taking initiative, creating systems and processes without being asked, and helping bring organization and structure to our growing company. She doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done… she sees a need and takes care of it.
One thing that stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares about our customers and techs. She is communicative, responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our clients are taken care of.
As a business owner, it’s rare to find someone you can trust to take things off your plate and handle them as if they were their own. Danielle has done exactly that. She has allowed me to focus on growing the business while knowing our day-to-day operations and customer communication are in great hands.
We are incredibly thankful to have her on our team, and Hometown Cleaning is better because of her.
