My favorite part of my job is coming in each day and seeing the number of positive reviews our Technicians earn from our customers. If you need help with your home, here's why you should choose us. As always, Great Job Guys!!!

I needed someone I could trust to check out my water heater so I reached out to Patriot Services. They scheduled me immediately and within couple of hours a Technician was here. Pallas is an awesome and exceptional service technician. He replaced my water heater which was in the bedroom closet and had to take one side of door frame off to get old out and new in. He did a fantastic job with everything from the time he stepped into my home until he pulled out of my driveway he was very professional and trustworthy. I recommend Patriot Services for all your plumbing needs. Pallas you are my hero!!!

It’s Friday, which means work productivity at our office is currently down 40% and debate intensity is up 300%. 🏈🔥

Around here, football season is serious business—and our team is officially a house divided. Walk through our doors on a game week and you’ll find:
🏈 Tennessee Vols fans holding down the fort with Rocky Top pride and an unwavering belief in Big Orange country.
🏈 Georgia Bulldogs fans barking about back-to-back dominance.
🏈 Alabama Crimson Tide fans reminding everyone to "Roll Tide" every 5 minutes.

It makes Mondays... interesting, to say the least.

Michael Roy did a great job evaluating the mold issues I was having in my ductwork. He took the time to thoroughly explain the root cause of the problem and recommended the proper solutions, including encapsulation, a dehumidifier, and ductwork replacement to help prevent the mold from returning.

The installers, Arthur, Peyton, and Tyler, did an outstanding job installing my new ductwork. They were professional, attentive to detail, and treated my home as if it were their own. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay cool during the installation while our system was down, which I greatly appreciated.

From the initial evaluation through the completed installation, I was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received.

If I could give Patriot Services 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend Patriot Services for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Our AC went out in August. We called Patriot first. They were out here the same day. It was determined that we needed a new AC and air handler. Since this is such an expensive project, we decided to get a few estimates. We got 2 more estimates. All the estimates were in the same ballpark, but not all the estimates had what Patriot was offering. By far the Patriot offer was the best one. That decision made, we called our salesman Mike at Patriot and the next day they were here to install our new equipment. Mike went the extra mile to make sure we had Air Conditioning as quickly as possible. Mike explains everything and is very knowledgeable, so he was able to address all of our questions. Working with Mike was a fantastic experience.

We did not realize what a huge project this would be. We thought just take out the old, put in the new and it would be done. We were so wrong. Arthur, Payten and Tyler were our install team. The attention and care they put into carefully removing the old equipment and installing the new was amazing. They paid attention to every detail, and the finished product not only performs well, but looks great too. In 100-degree weather they installed equipment, tested everything, and cleaned up the areas they were working in. The team works so well together and each of them was able to answer any questions we had.

We highly recommend Patriot services, Mike, Arthur, Peyton and Tyler to anyone who is looking for high caliber products and workmanship.
