We are preparing for this upcoming holiday season and are looking to bring on 1-2 more people to our team! Available start date is 9/22/26

🚨IMPORTANT INFORMATION🚨

🌷Training pay is $17 per hour for 30 days.
🌷part-time employees are considered helpers and are paid $20 per hour. Helpers are not responsible for any kits or equipment.
🌷after 30-90 days depending on progression full-time employees are then eligible to be promoted to cleaning specialist status where you will receive a full kit you will be responsible for. Pay is $22.50 for specialists.
🌷Paid drive time, maintenance, and additional bonuses offered!
🌷I supply all chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment to staff.
🌷Drive-Time pay.
🌷Perfect family schedule 9-5:30 (off earlier most days). M-F with one rotating weekend among staff.
🌷Part-time hours are 15-25. Full-time hours are 25-35+.
🌷Weekly pay
🌷Must have reliable childcare and transportation
🌷Must be able to travel to Chattanooga surrounding areas.
🌷Must be able to work at a faster pace, crouch, bend, kneel, lift up to 45lbs on occasion, and climb a 2-3 step ladder if needed.
🌷Must be at least 18 years old
🌷Must be attentive to details.
🌷Must be smoke free, substance free, and able to pass a background check.
🌷Experience is not required.

✨I AM LOOKING FOR THE NEXT PERFECT PERSON TO JOIN MY TEAM ✨

I am looking to hire 1-2 more permanent people to join my staging styled cleaning service as we expand. Start date can be as early as tomorrow 8/3/26.

🚨IMPORTANT INFORMATION🚨

🌷Selected applicants undergo a paid 3 day hiring tryout before they are selected for training. However, this is not the hunger games where 10 people, “compete” for one spot. There will be a 1:1 hiring tryout at a time in hopes to fill those spaces. The odds are in your favor for a tryout. However, since this is professional staging styled cleaning I want any applicant to be fully prepared for what this position requires before fully accepting being a part of the team.

Hello and how are you to our Posh and Polished family!

We need your input! We are looking into offering, “how to” services to current and future clients! These sessions would offer a class type of session where one of our most trusted specialists will basically teach you how to properly utilize certain cleaning agents, surface safe methods, tips, tricks, and how to efficiently clean certain areas of your home! We will also be offering videos to clients as well!

We have learned over the years that some people are simply not taught how to do certain things within the home and we would love to help provide knowledge to those in need!
