Here are our policies to keep in mind ☺️☺️☺️

Safety:
Our professionals adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of PPE (gloves, masks, eye protection, etc.) and safe disposal methods.

Thoroughness:
Cleanup involves a comprehensive assessment, sorting and organizing salvageable belongings, and cleaning and sanitizing the areas worked on.
• This DOES NOT include cleaning, dusting, or fixing individual items in the house that are kept by the client.
• This DOES NOT include moving or inside cleaning of large and/or heavy furniture.
• This DOES NOT include shampooing or removal of carpets.
• This DOES NOT include reorganizing large and/or heavy furniture in a room or moving large and/or heavy furniture from one room to another room.
• WE WILL REMOVE large broken furniture or furniture to drop off at a donation location.

Respect and Compassion:
We understand that hoarding is a complex issue and approach the situation with empathy and respect for the individual's feelings and boundaries. Use of unmarked cars and proper but unidentifying attire (no company shirts or logos on clothing) are for your privacy.

Disposal:
Disposal of items, including donation of usable items, is a key part of the process.
For your safety and health as well as ours, we cannot accept or move forward with any clients unwilling to remove garbage and/or unsalvageable clutter from the home.

Follow-up Support:
We always highly recommend contacting us for follow-up support to help maintain a clutter-free and healthy living environment.

Confidentiality:
Maintaining the individual's privacy and confidentiality is essential. We will never share your private information, and we will never share photos or videos containing possible identifying factors such as, but not limited to, names or locations.

Communication:
Open communication with the individual throughout the process is vital to ensure they feel comfortable and involved in the decisions.

Cost:
Hoarding cleanup costs CAN vary based on the size and condition of the home, but we do our very best to base our services on financial situations, health conditions, and urgency and/or timeline!

1. SCHEDULE.
I AM BOOKING UP QUICKLY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!
I will do my very best to help you during your needed times, but please be aware that I always need to make time for all of you, especially my longer projects. That means I will make a sound schedule for each situation based on my clients needs. 🩷

2. SCHEDULING FOR LOVED ONES.
If you are reaching out for a loved one, PLEASE make sure they are aware and happy with the suggestion and plan for me to do the assessment and cleaning.
It is very important that they have all the support they need and that they DESIRE to make that change. Remember, even if you are willing to pay for it, you cannot help someone who does not want the help. 🩷

3. VOLUNTEERS.
Please continue to be aware that I am one person with volunteer help for bigger projects. 🩷
This means you will always see me, but my volunteers can be different on any given day 🥰 They will always be kind, courtesy, and nonjudgmental. They understand your situations as I do and keep your confidentiality. This is a priority for us. 🩷

4. PRICES.
My price will always VARY by financial situations, health concerns, project needs, and timeline.
After the FREE assessment, I will develop a cleaning proposal, estimate, and timeline. You can look over them and let me know your further needs and concerns. I will always work with those willing to make the hard effort to transform their lives. 🩷

Hello, everyone! I want to reintroduce myself since it has been some time. I'm Tiffany! ☺️ After moving and getting settled, I'm happy to announce that I'm back to regular cleanings!

I'm new to Chatsworth, GA and the surrounding areas! I specialize in hoarding cleanings, but I'm happy to help with various situations!

I have become available to my new community for extremely reasonable prices to do basic lawn care, home cleaning, and organization for our seniors, disabled, and those in need!
