⛱️ As we approach a busy summer season, with an average of two homes cleaned per day, we would like to offer a few gentle reminders 🏠
✨️ We kindly request that you clear any excessive clutter. A surplus of items can impede our cleaning process and may lead to us running out of time. We are unable to sort through personal belongings and require clear access to all areas designated for cleaning. Our policy defines five or more items in a single area as excessive clutter. Preparing all areas will help us avoid any adjustments to the scheduled time or price. Should you find it helpful, please feel free to utilize baskets or boxes for organization 📦 🧺
✨️️ For your safety and ours, we ask that you please vacate the room we are cleaning. Our team works very efficiently and interruptions can affect our process. Due to liability insurance regulations, we are unable to clean occupied rooms. If a room is occupied, we may have to bypass it or, alternatively, additional time may be added to your invoice as we await access 🏃♀️
✨️We appreciate your efforts in maintaining a basic level of cleanliness between our visits. Please be aware that bodily fluids such as f***s and vomit are considered biohazardous materials. Should you require assistance with these, we kindly ask that you discuss this with your technician in advance, rather than leaving it as an unexpected discovery. Providing 48 hours' notice will allow us to allocate additional time and adjust your invoice accordingly 🤮 💩
✨️To ensure the comfort and well-being of our cleaning professionals, who expend a significant amount of energy (burning an average of 300-400 calories per hour), we respectfully request that your thermostat be set to 72°F or below. Our standard procedure is to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature during our service and then reset it upon completion 🥵🌡
✨️ While bed service is complimentary, please call the office 48 hours in advance so we may let the following client know that we will be a little later. Please have the sheets laid out for our arrival 🛌
