Consistent maintenance on your carpet is crucially important to your health, check book and the longevity of its life! As with anything else you manage, if not managed well or with consistency, your bottom line will be affected.

Our number one feedback from customers is the expense on non well maintained areas. What people fail to understand is their investment will depend on their expectation and cleaning experience. The outcome rarely depends on the provider unless you have someone who hasn't a clue about carpet cleaning or is using plain water and no cleaning solution.

Just as with an automobile, there are basics needed to keep it in good running condition. If you as the owner neglect this on a regular basis, then you can expect more out of pocket expenses at the time of service. The life of an automobile depends on the care you provide as the owner. It requires oil, and an oil change, a tune up and sometimes an alignment. There's a long list of things needed in order to keep your car maintained. Ignoring them is never an option! If ignored... well let's just say your feet won't be happy! This is also true with the service of your carpet cleaning. **Especially if there are pets, high traffic and small children present. You can't expect a thorough one time cleaning of your carpet if you've neglected the service for a year or more! The EPA recommends 3 times a year in non high risk areas. The recommendation doubles and sometimes triples if you accompany ** mentioned above.

Your carpet is like any other surface. However, the top layer is what you see but, underneath in the padding or subflooring is what you don't see. These layers define the dirt build up, bacteria and stains. After months of neglect, although on the surface you may see visible dirt, there's 5 times more bacteria lingering underneath the surface that you don't see! A one time cleaning or even treatment with this cleaning will not cure what's been ignored for months!

Try not washing a pair of pants for a year! Wear them everyday. Once that year is over...wash them once. I promise you the results of that one wash will not thoroughly clean these pants!
