Here’s some recent pressure washing work done. Many people who have cement board siding (Hardi-plank) are hesitant to have their home washed. It’s true that high pressure will damage that type of siding and chip away paint. Soft-washing is the way to wash any type of siding...including vinyl, cement board, stucco, etc. This method uses low pressure nozzles and cleaning detergents to effectively clean the siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and trim with lasting results. Too many people feel the higher the “PSI” on a pressure washer, the better. Not true...actually the higher flow of the pump is the most important. I only use about 100 psi to wash homes...but the nozzles I use can reach over 3 stories...so all cleaning is done from the ground with no ladders. Call for a free estimate 704-905-3437
