Today, I helped my client with light housework, rearranged areas with clutter in the kitchen and hall, and did laundry and dishes.

We’ve found places to hang her oil paintings, but there are tons we don’t have space for, so she may be wanting to sell some. I’m starting by posting a couple here without frames. You can purchase them without frames and get them framed yourself, or pay extra if she has frames that work. Message me if interested!

Today I helped my client do some last-minute deep cleaning before the house goes on the market! We were going to paint, but I usually focus on one or two rooms, and the whole house needs it, so we decided it was better for a team to knock it out quickly.

So instead, I focused on cleaning all the baseboards, windowsills, cabinets, stair rails, and stairs in preparation for the painters to come. See attached for pics.

Today, I am helping my clients with some light housekeeping and starting to plug away at some much-needed yardwork.

The pond was stagnant and covering itself over with leaves and dirt. A lot of the lily pads are gone or underwater because of lack of rain so I worked on getting some of that out and flushing it out with some fresh water in case anything is still alive in there.

 Then, I worked on getting the vines off of the front porch. They were starting to creep into the siding and we definitely don’t want that to happen! Then I blew off the driveway and other surfaces.

It’s definitely not perfect, but I’m going to keep plugging away out of a little each week. It’s just so hot and humid out. It will be much better to work on this in the fall. See attached for pics.

I have had them sitting in the hallway, arranged where they would go so that she could look over them for a few weeks and get comfortable with liking them there. See attached for pics.

After my neck surgery, I have been slowly getting back to work doing my organizing, along with caretaking, petsitting and making art. Some days and weeks, I’m actually working a lot, but don’t bother to post because it’s just basic cleaning or the same pictures for repeat clients with tasks that we complete every week.

TODAY, however, I tackled a project that I have been meaning to address for awhile. This is what we call the m.u.r.d.e.r. wall! 🔪🔪🔪

As you can see, the bars and knives are covered in dust, so I took everything down, soaked all the knives, wiped down the walls and the magnetic strips, so that I can put everything back neatly after it has been washed and dried.

Also, I snapped a pic of the pet raccoon eating the feral cat food for tax. 🦝
