Here is a bathroom that we just finished for my good friends and clients! We removed a fiberglass tub shower unit and added a walk-in shower with frameless glass! Everything turned out very nice and the customer is happy! Let’s go!!

This second story addition is framed up, and the roof is complete! Second story roof framing, and remodeling framing is a little more challenging than new construction! Carpenter mechanics are needed in this situation! It’s not your typical new construction framing! This roof existing framing was done with trusses. All of the trusses were cut out and modified and the new dormer was added. It was stick built with lumber and LVL‘s of all sizes and Simpson hangers. This is about four days worth of work! Remember, there’s a lot of demo when you have to demo the original roof. Much tougher than new construction! I have people ask me all the time can you do new construction! I can! New construction is much easier than this! This is much more challenging! Plus, it pays a whole lot more! 💰✌️It’s because you have remove and replace rather than just replace with new construction. Demo pays a lot and it’s easy.  Meeting with this client‘s insurance adjuster tomorrow to try to get the hail roof claim approved for the metal building roof as well as the asphalt shingles!  Let’s go!
