I'm Eric, Owner of STAT Floor Cleaning, started and operated right here in Charlotte. As business grows, I wanted to re-introduce myself and STAT.

After being a Registered Nurse for 5 years, in 2020 I sought out to take a different path outside of the hospital, yet still wanted to find a way to help people live their healthiest lives. Starting a floor cleaning business gave me the best of both worlds- supporting healthy lifestyles by promoting cleaner homes and still finding a way to connect with people every day, which is important to me and a pillar I wanted to center STAT around.

At STAT, we specialize in residential and commercial floor care, cleaning hardwoods, tile & grout, carpet, and upholstery for local and national car dealerships, schools, nursing homes, factories, apartment buildings and more.

When I'm not working with one of our partners, I'm spending time with my wife, and our daughter we welcomed this past October.

I’m looking forward to connecting with more local businesses, property managers, and facility teams.

Acrylic wax buildup takes away the natural shine from your hardwoods and can cause dirt and residue to get stuck in the floors resulting in dullness.
