Have you ever had a cleaning company just not show up for a shift?!!!!šŸ«£

As the owner & CEO of a cleaning company, that absolutely blows my mind.

Iā€™ve talked with several people in similar industries and found out itā€™s honestly not as uncommon as I would like to think. But at PCC, there is no excuse.

There will never be a day our team doesnā€™t show up to clean, because guess whatā€¦.

If a cleaner calls out, we have on-call cleaners.
If they canā€™t make it, we have shift leads.
If they canā€™t make it, our Ops Manager will go.
And if for some reason he canā€™t make itā€¦ guess what? Iā€™ll be there myself.

We absolutely love (well I know I do, I hope everyone else does too lol) our office strategy sessions for PCC.

This is the dedicated time we get to strategize how we can deliver EVEN better results to all clients, figure out where the bottle necks are & how we can fix them, and making sure all of our 25+ cleaning teams are happy!!

I am a BIG advocate of being proactive and actively looking for problems to solve; before a problem ever even arises, so when it does- we already have a plan prepared.

Hey, if we havenā€™t met before, Iā€™m Isabel - the owner & founder of Pure Commercial Cleaning.

I started this business from scratch 4 years ago. This is not a franchise, and I am the sole owner. I am so in love with our company, our clients, and every single one of our cleaners, managers, and team members. I am so thankful for our massive network of supporters just like you in the Charlotte community and beyond.

Fun couple facts about me:
1- I speak fluent Spanish and actually spend about 40% of my day in Spanish.

2- I am an absolute extrovert, and being around people is one of my biggest passions and hobbies in life.

3- Jesus is my rock, and the firm foundation of this company. We will always serve him 1st.

At any given moment, you can find me doing one of the following things:

- drinking a matcha
- in a pilates class
- at a networking event
- on a golf course
- in my office working on business strategy in a sweatshirt and sweats (my personal fav)

This business is my pride and joy, my literal baby. All of our clients, all of our cleaners, every tough conversation, every risk I take, every new account we acquireā€¦ all of it = the good, the bad, the ups and downs, are my favorite thing in life.

Behind the scenes: cleaning walkthrough edition.

I wanted to give you guys a little behind the scenes scoop of what it looks like to do a client walk-through.

This is a facility that we currently already clean, but they added a few additional cubicles into a newly renovated room, and asked us to add this into the daily SOW.

And when I say scrubbing toilets, I mean, literally Googling ā€œhow to clean a toilet like a professional cleanerā€ while in the home of a random stranger.

Fast forward 4 years, I shifted completely to commercial cleaning and have an amazing team of 20 cleaning crews, 3 full time managers, 55+ locations that we clean daily.

WOW! God is good.
