6 complaints a day.

That was this building when they called me. Their facility manager was literally getting 6 complaints a day about the cleaning🤯

A couple months in with PCC, we’re now down to 2-3 a month. Obviously the goal is 0 complaints a month, and we won’t stop until it is, but she emailed me this week just to say how happy they are, and that made my whole week!!

FUN FACT: we have never missed a single scheduled cleaning. Not once. In the entire history of this company.

And that is 100% because of our team.

Everyone warned me the hardest part of this business would be finding good people.

BUT GOD… had other plans. It feels like He has handpicked and selected every single one of the 40+ cleaners on our team.

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.” Colossians 3:23

All of our workers truly live this verse. They work as if they’re cleaning for God, not just for man, and that is the highest standard of excellence we could ever aim for. I don’t take a single one of them for granted.

Awee this was such a special moment for me🫶🏼

I went to a car show at one of our client’s facilities this weekend -

This was one of our very first accounts. We’ve had the same cleaning crew since day one. And when I showed up, this client could not WAIT to walk me around and show me everything — the floors, the details, all the little projects he’s asked the crew to take care of over time.

He was so proud, so of COURSE I was too.

He literally said to me “Do you realize that in the 3+ years of having PCC as our cleaning company, we have not had one complaint!?”

You know how rare that is in this industry?! 😭

This is exactly what we talk about when we say consistency and reliability aren’t just words to us. This account is living proof. Same people. Same standard. Zero turnover. A client who has genuinely never had to think about cleaning since the day we started.

No news is good news — and this man had NOTHING but good news today. Thank you Jesus🙏

Have you ever had a cleaning company just not show up for a shift?!!!!🫣

As the owner & CEO of a cleaning company, that absolutely blows my mind.

I’ve talked with several people in similar industries and found out it’s honestly not as uncommon as I would like to think. But at PCC, there is no excuse.

There will never be a day our team doesn’t show up to clean, because guess what….

If a cleaner calls out, we have on-call cleaners.
If they can’t make it, we have shift leads.
If they can’t make it, our Ops Manager will go.
And if for some reason he can’t make it… guess what? I’ll be there myself.

You have my word🫡

We absolutely love (well I know I do, I hope everyone else does too lol) our office strategy sessions for PCC.

This is the dedicated time we get to strategize how we can deliver EVEN better results to all clients, figure out where the bottle necks are & how we can fix them, and making sure all of our 25+ cleaning teams are happy!!

I am a BIG advocate of being proactive and actively looking for problems to solve; before a problem ever even arises, so when it does- we already have a plan prepared.
