We just wished to remind everyone about our free dry July special.
July 1st-July 31st.

We look forward to servicing you all!

We’d like to invite our regulars and any new customers to come see us this month for free dry July.

We’ll be running this starting July 1st until the end of the month. Washer use is required, so if you have any big ole bed spreads, rugs, patio coverings etc you’d like to have laundered we would be more than happy to service you.

We are a fully attended facility open 9AM-7PM with the exception of Thursdays. We are closed on Thursdays.

If anyone has any questions, our DMs are available anytime.

If you’re unsure of our level of service, I encourage you to check out our Google and yelp reviews.

You may also notice our beloved Ms Sherie is out this month and we have a temporary attendant Cass who is dedicated to upholding Ms Sherie’s standard of service- so do not fret. Ms Sherie is preparing for a long awaited shoulder surgery and we take her health and recovery very seriously. Once her doctors clear her from her recovery she will be more than happy to see all of you again.

Happy Wednesday Johns Island 2/18/26

We wanted to let everyone know that we have OFFICIALLY updated business hours to 9AM-7PM for all business days. We remain closed Thursdays.

As many of you know Ms Sherie recently had a trip to the hospital; she is doing great and in order to accommodate her medically advised healing we will be rotating staff for weekends and ultimately made the decision to open later in the morning.

For this week- Kelly is back to assist for Friday, Dee will be available Saturday and Ms Sherie will return Sunday. Our attendants are subject to change.

As always we appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make these last minute changes and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause your laundry schedule.

We hope you all will help us in welcoming Ms Sherie back.

Happy Thursday everyone!

We wanted to let everyone know for Fri Feb 13- Sun Feb 15 2026 we have a temporary business hour change.

Friday-Sunday we will be opening at 9AM instead of 7AM. Our closing times for Saturday and Sunday may fluxuate also, we will update accordingly. Signs will be posted on the doors as well

Our beloved Ms Sherie, who many of you know is our weekend attendant, is currently in the hospital. Do not fret, she is doing great! We will update her customers and regulars here as more information comes out. We do not wish to share her personal business, but we know you all will miss her this weekend and she wants everyone to know she’ll be back and not to worry!

Your Friday attendant will be Dee- who many of you know works Monday-Wednesday and for Saturday we’re pleased to announce Kelly is coming back for some fill in time for Ms Sherie, so please welcome her back with us! We will have management on site for Sunday to assist as well

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make these last minute changes and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause your laundry schedule.

Good Friday morning everyone!

We’d like to preemptively advise our customers and neighbors that we will likely be operating on a DELAYED OPENING TIME for Saturday 1/31/26 as well as Sunday 2/1/26 due to predicted weather.
We cannot guarantee at this time official hours as we are playing it by ear.

We value the safety of our employees and our customers and encourage those who do not feel comfortable driving in the predicted snow or ice to please stay home and we are happy to see you for your laundry needs at a safer time for you.

Please follow us here for any updates involving concrete times. Signs will also be posted on our doors citing the late opening.

Happy Sunday everyone and happy November!
We hope everyone had an amazing Halloween and we look forward to kicking off the holiday season even further with all of you.

If you’ve been with us the past couple years you know that at Washtub Laundry we are blessed to be able to partner with Infinity Hands every Thanksgiving in order to collect food and essentials for our community.
Please see the flyer attached and every small amount you can give is so deeply appreciated. All Thanksgiving collections will go towards meal distributions for the holiday season.

We have a cargo bin inside our facility to accept these items and Dee or Ms Sherie are available during business hours to help everyone out. You do not have to be a customer of our facility in order to drop items off with us. Dee is available Mon-Wed 9AM-7PM and Ms Sherie is available Fri-Sun 7AM-7PM. We are CLOSED Thursdays.

We will also be collecting non holiday related items in order to have a resource for our friends and neighbors affected by the lapse in SNAP benefits or those that simply are financially struggling.
We have included that flyer information here as well and we appreciate everyone’s efforts in keeping our community fed and strong.

Happy Monday everyone!
Long time no post 😉

We’d love to update everyone on what’s been happening here at Washtub Laundry! We know its been a while.

First and foremost we have a new weekday attendant!
Dee will now be your Monday-Wednesday attendant from 9AM-7PM and we’d love your help to welcome her to the team.
Our beloved Kelly (Kel) acquired a new position and we are beyond excited for her on her new adventure. We know how much all of you loved seeing her smiling face during the weekdays and hope you join us in wishing her all the best. Don’t fret, however, she will be back for fill in days for Dee as well as Ms Sherie in the future!

Secondly, we want to thank everyone for patience while we’ve shuffled hours around for our weekdays over the past months and for all the feedback we receive to curate the hours of operation to better serve our community. Our wash dry and fold service is always available for anyone and everyone to utilize for your convenience.

Thirdly, we are in talks for adding some extra washers into the facility to better accommodate our customers and friends. This may be a slower process as we acquire the proper equipment to best provide service for all of you.

We thank you for your continuous support, your fantastic Google and Yelp! reviews, and for choosing to visit us every week for your laundry needs.

We can’t wait to see you soon!

Just wanted to let anybody that has been waiting for us to reopen due to the weather we ARE open for your laundry needs today and will be through the weekend as usual. Opening hours may differ from our 7AM tomorrow depending on the refreeze of what is melting today.

The backside of our building is the safest entry point as the front side still has a lot of snow/ice.

You’re welcome to utilize our drop off service as always if you have other errands to catch up on. Both of our attendants (Ms Sherie as well as Kelly) are on site today.

We apologize for yesterday’s closure and any inconvenience it may have caused.
We will be OPEN TODAY 12/12/24 from 9AM-7PM to make up for the lost time anyone may have encountered to take care of their laundry needs.

We have welcomed a new weekday attendant, Kelly, who is also filling in while Ms Sherie is out this weekend due to a medical procedure.

Management will be on site this Saturday if any questions/concerns arise.

We look forward to seeing everyone today and through the weekend.

If you’ve been with us for a while- you know the drill.

For any new folks, Infinity Hands and Washtub Laundry are teaming up yet again for a Thanksgiving feast and donation collections.
Drop off is available at our facility at 3549 Savannah HWY on Johns Island.
Hours of business are 7AM-5PM Monday-Wednesday
We are CLOSED THURSDAY
7AM-7PM Friday-Sunday
