‼️‼️Attention existing and future clients!! Changes are being made to our systems! The following protocols will be as described below!
✅50% deposit upon booking or 100% payment upon arrival for cleaning is required BEFORE cleaning begins ‼️
✅The remaining 50% is due immediately after service if they only paid the deposit.
$25–$50 cancellation fee, depending on the size/type of appointment.
✅Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a higher fee.
✅Deposits are non-refundable when the cancellation happens too close to the appointment.
Rescheduling can be allowed without a fee if given adequate notice.
