With Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year just right around the corner, we’ll be confirming appointments all the way up till January. So, if you’re a bi-weekly client with us, and are expecting to go out of town, or have family over, and are planning on skipping a clean, please let us know as soon as possible. Cleaning slots are always in high demand, but become more in demand with the holidays. Our clients need cleanings, and our cleaners need work to provide for their families for the holidays. If you have a confirmed appointment, but still choose to cancel days prior due to a forscene circumstance, we may not be able to get you back on our schedule.
Also, if someone in the home is sick, whether it’s a cold, a cough or the flu PLEASE LET US KNOW and we will reschedule out at least 2-3 weeks, so our cleaners don’t get sick, and pass it onto our elderly clients, or their own families. Thanks for all of the support! ✨
